Melissa has painted part of the Seven Sisters Tjukurrpa (dreaming). The seven Napaltjarri sisters came down from the Milky Way and were running around the land, they were chased by a Jakamarra man. Melissa’s grandmother, the late Kathleen Paddoon, is from Nakarra Nakarra, one of the seven sisters sites.
