Within this painting the three circles represent three waterholes- the grey one is a salt pan, with no water and a dried centre. Walking along, the next waterhole is muddy and wet but without drinking water. The third waterhole has clean drinking water and greenery grows at its edge. The multicoloured dots are the wildflowers and bush medicine which grow around the waterholes. The long lines which flank the water holes are the tali (sanddunes) and the two oval shapes are the two big hills near to the waterholes.
