This linocut print was created by Joan during a print workshop at the Garma Festival held in Arnhemland in 2004.
The thick black lines depict the creeks, while the solid circles show the rockholes. The circles with a hole in the middle are soakwaters. The parallel lines are sandhills (Tali) while the small circles with dots in the middle are people hunting for food. This country is around Yagga Yagga which is far to the south of Balgo.
This country is good hunting country, well known to Eva.
