In this contemporised form, David tells of his dreaming. The story relates to a hill near Kintore that was once a giant goanna whom the people worshipped. In order to protect his people, this giant goanna moved his tail around and through the landscape making all the tali (sandhills) and rivers. After the completion of this great feat, the goanna went to their camp to lay down and rest. Here as he layed and rested, he has now turn into a hill, and it is within this hill near Kintore that his spirit rests there still.
