In this painting Jane has told the story of her family deciding to move to Balgo. Her family gathered (circle with U shapes top left) at Kunawarritji, this is where they first saw kartiya (white fella), her father told the young kids to go and hide in the tali (sanddunes). The next time this happened, the family travelled to Old Billiluna (circle and U shapes top right – next to Paruku, Lake Gregory), this is where they worked. Then they moved to Balgo (circle with U shapes centre bottom), on the way Jane was born near the old water tank at the Balgo/HC turn off.
