This etching was created c. 1987 at the Adult Education Centre in Balgo. At this time many community members were working with Eileen Farrelly and Ann Calligan, who were working alongside Sister Alice Dempsey. The work shows country close to Balgo called Tjumundora (Dumundora). This country floods out in the wet season and contains many small creeks and soaks. Common at this time grows a bush watermelon. The lower third of the painting shows the watermelon on the vine. The middle third the creek witrh the watermelons and the top section shows people sitting on the ground eating watermelon.
